Amid the challenges faced by young people transitioning from school to professional life, the TrajectLab (Trajectories Laboratory) was born—a unique vocational guidance initiative designed to address the specific needs of secondary school students in Mozambique.

Scheduled for implementation between 2025 and 2026, TrajectLab is not just an educational program—it is a carefully crafted experience aimed at fostering reflection, encouraging conscious choices, and strengthening the connection between students and their life projects.

Inspired by methodologies studied and adapted to the local context, the project combines weekly group sessions, held on Wednesdays during school hours, with individual guidance moments in a dedicated vocational and skills development space. This approach allows each student to explore their potential in a structured and personalized way, according to their needs and aspirations.

More than providing ready-made answers, TrajectLab invites participants to ask their own questions: Who am I? What motivates me? Which paths can I pursue? By involving students, parents, teachers, and the school community, the project builds a support network that goes beyond school walls and strengthens the social fabric.
