BE A VOLUNTEER
At Muthiana Voice, we believe that small actions create meaningful change. By becoming a volunteer, you become part of a network of people committed to the development of our community.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
At Muthiana Voice, we believe that volunteering goes beyond participating in occasional activities — it is about walking side by side with people, causes, and communities. Even when there are no open calls for specific projects, there are always ways to contribute and strengthen our mission.
You can support us in different ways, depending on your profile, availability, and interests:
Supporting educational and awareness-raising activities, helping bring quality information to young people and women.
Assisting in organizing activities, meetings, dialogue sessions, and community events.
Contributing to communication efforts, promoting initiatives, creating content, or supporting social media.
Participating in community mobilization, helping bring the organization closer to those who need it most.
Contributing your ideas and skills in areas such as education, health, communication, management, logistics, and more.
Volunteering at Muthiana Voice is flexible and people-centered: each person contributes what they can, when they can, always with guidance and respect.
OUR PROJECTS
TrajectLab — Laboratório de Trajectos
Amid the challenges faced by young people transitioning from school to professional life, TrajectLab was created as a vocational guidance initiative designed to respond to the realities of secondary school students in Mozambique.
More than an educational program, TrajectLab is an experience designed to:
Encourage reflection about the future
Support informed decision-making
Strengthen the connection between students and their life projects
Volunteers involved in this initiative help create spaces for listening, dialogue, and inspiration, supporting young people in believing in their own paths.
Intimamente Plena
Discussing sexual and reproductive health remains a major challenge in many contexts. Silence, taboos, and lack of reliable information continue to limit many women’s access to care, autonomy, and well-being.
The Intimamente Plena project was created to break these barriers by building spaces for:
Safe listening
Open dialogue
Knowledge sharing
Here, volunteering plays a fundamental role in creating environments of trust, respect, and empowerment, where information becomes freedom of choice and dignity.
